About Weight reduction program:
Unhealthy lifestyle, congenital indisposition, little excercise, a sitting job and a lot of other factors, that all influence negatively our body. We all would like to be beautiful, slim and forever young. We cannot help you with immortality, unfortunately, but in the first two previous points we can show you how to change your regimen. The whole program is based on a motivation which you will get from our nutrition specialist.
Minimum stay is 11 nights.
Weight reduction program includes (for 11 nights / person / approx. 40 treatments):
- Accommodation
- full board – reduction diet, consultation with a nutritional therapist
- free use of wellness facilities including swimming pool, whirlpool, and sauna
- welcomedrink, fingerfoods, bathrobe and slippers
- a special spa treatment of approx. 40 treatments for 11 nights aimed at weight loss, musculoskeletal support and, above all, lifestyle modification and rational and conscious eating.
- individual and group exercises, Nordic walking
